CRR now offers IntelePACS Breast Imaging with Multi-Method Reporting |
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – December 2, 2011 - Carolina Regional Radiology (CRR) is pleased to announce its unique new community standard for Breast Care Imaging. Working through Intelerad, an international leader in medical imaging technology, CRR now offers IntelePACS Breast Imaging with Multi-Method Reporting as its breast care interpretation and reporting platform. Blending the American College of Radiology’s (ACR) BI-RADS, voice recognition, and structured reporting together into a single streamlined workflow, CRR now has guaranteed faster report turnaround times to physicians and patients.
CRR has implemented Intelerad Multi-Method Reporting at Valley Regional Imaging (VRI) in Fayetteville, North Carolina and Carolina Regional Radiology in Angier, North Carolina. Radiologists now have expanded capability to immediately interpret radiology reports that are clear, concise, consistent and ACR BI-RADS compliant. This new technology ensures faster report turnaround times and delivery of results for critical and routine cases. |
